2. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading and writing)

Goal management capability; g. High-performance team building capability; h. Communication and coordination capability
4. Work Experience: a. A proven successful case of developing and maintaining at least one well-known brand client with a procurement volume of USD 5 million or more; b. Experience in successfully building and leading at least two sales teams, each with 3+ members; c. 5 years or more of experience in the zipper or button industry
5. Knowledge: a. Brand promotion knowledge; b. Customer relationship maintenance knowledge; c. Key account management knowledge; d. Business negotiation knowledge; e. Market research knowledge; f. Familiarity with marketing processes; g. Understanding of corporate design functions; h. Knowledge of the apparel accessories industry
6. Other Requirements: a. Good social and interpersonal skills; b. Good image and temperament; c. Age: 30-45 years old
Job Description
- 1. Lead market research and analysis within the region, identifying target customers.
2. Formulate regional sales targets, decompose them, and drive their achievement.
3. Lead team building and daily work management for subordinate offices.
4. Facilitate the conversion of potential customers to loyal customers.
5. Lead interaction between the Product Development Department and brand client designers to secure custom product development.
6. Lead the initiation of product development for the next quarter/year at each office.
7. Lead garment factory engagement, visits, key stakeholder public relations, and sales execution.
8. Execute regional customer satisfaction surveys.
9. Guide, supervise, and inspect the execution of pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services by offices and sales staff.
10. Participate in maintaining relationships with major brand clients.
11. Ensure timely collection of sales payments.
12. Conduct and manage monthly sales meetings.
