At present, HSD has offices in Shenzhen , Beijing , Tianjin, Shanghai, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Dalian, Dongguang, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, US, UK, Germany, Holland, France, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.

We will continue to actively expand our business network to meet our customer’s needs.

COMPANY HISTORY

1990

  • 1991

    Established in 1991.

  • 1992

    Purchased our first painting machine. With a 100 square meter office and workshop, the company produced 90 tons per month.

1995

  • 1995

    Company is incorporated in Hong Kong .

  • 1998

    Purchased stitching and molding machinery.

  • 1999

    In December, the factory was relocated from Shiyan to Guangming Industrial Park.

  • 1999

    In June, HSD acquired Yishan Dyeing factory and Yi Ming Co., Ltd. New office building was built; High-end equipment was purchased; Staff expanded to 45 people and monthly output increased to 100 tons.

2000

  • 2000

    Received ISO 9000 Certification

  • 2001

    In August, HSD Zipper Co., Ltd is established. Production is expanded to Tangwei to produce finished zippers for clothing manufacturers.

  • 2001

    Created die-casting and injection molding workshops adding metal sliders and rubber pulls to production capabilities.

  • 2001

    Huashengda (HSD) Zipper Shenzhen Co. Ltd is established.

  • 2003

    Small production facility relocated to HSD Industrial zone.

  • 2004

    Opened an electroplating facility in QuanChang.

2005

    Dec. HSD Zipper is recognized as“Top Ten Famous Brand” in zipper industry.

  • 2005

    Received ISO 14001 Certification.

  • 2005

    Cooperation with industry peers from Belgium, Turkey, Morocco, Columbia.

    First-time Obtaining of OEKO-TEX Certification

    Implement new ERP system.

    Vice Chairman Unit of the Zipper Branch, China National Hardware Association

    Additional investment to finalize new Finishing Workshop.

HSD Enterprises

HSD Zipper Co., Ltd. has successful cooperation with many types of manufacturers to achieve the one-stop manufacturing products and diversified product development. At present, there are factories in Zhejiang province headquarters, has also completed the construction of Cambodia factory to better serve our clients and fulfill their needs.

HSD Zipper Co. Ltd was established in 2001. The Headquarters are located in Jiashan new economic district of Yaozhuang, Zhejiang, China. 

Annual output of over 400 million zippers

In 2017, HSD expanded the production scale of its enterprise intelligently and established Zhejiang HSD Zipper Technology Co., Ltd. The company's park area is situated in Yaozhuang Town, Jiashan County, covering a total area with the building occupying approximately 80,000 square meters and having a total investment of over USD 80 million. It is a large-scale manufacturing center integrating a series of processes and tests such as coil, plastic and metal zipper's webbing, finishing, stitching, bleaching, dyeing, molding, die-casting, spray painting, electroplating and button production, etc.

BRAND NEW ! The first China′s zipper factory set up overseas.

Our Cambodia factory opened in September 2014 and is located in Kampong Speu – approximately 40 kilometers from Cambodia’s capital - Phnom Penh. As the only zipper factory in Cambodia, we are able to offer our customers shorter lead-times with more convenient service to meet the requirements of the international market.
