Requirement

  1. 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. 2. Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written). 3. Skills: Customer needs insight, Market development, Business negotiation, Relationship building and maintenance, Crisis management, Goal management, High-performance team building, Communication and coordination. 4. Experience: A. Minimum 3 years in the apparel accessories industry. B. Develop and maintain at least one successful case study of a well-known brand with procurement volume exceeding 1 million RMB. C. Lead a sales team of more than 3 members. 5. Knowledge: A. Brand promotion knowledge, B. Customer relationship maintenance knowledge, C. Key account management knowledge, D. Business negotiation knowledge, E. Market research knowledge, F. Familiarity with marketing processes, G. Understanding of corporate design functions, H. Knowledge of the apparel accessories industry. 6. Other: Age 30–45.

Job Description

  1. 1. Lead market research and analysis for the office to identify target customers. 2. Develop and decompose sales targets for the office to ensure achievement. 3. Manage team building and daily operations of the office. 4. Facilitate the conversion of potential customers into loyal clients. 5. Collaborate with the team to engage brand clients in designer interactions and promote custom product development. 6. Support the business in securing product development projects for the next quarter/year. 7. Coordinate with garment factories on visits, key account management, and sales execution. 8. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys in the region. 9. Guide, monitor, and review pre-sales, in-process, and after-sales services. 10. Participate in maintaining relationships with major brand clients. 11. Ensure timely collection of sales payments. 12. Organize and manage weekly and monthly meetings.
