Job Description
1. Assist salesmen in product development, sample order development, mold development and test application during the customer development and customer service stages in accordance with the requirements of each customer service stage;
2. Timely complete sample order and bulk order placement in the ERP system according to customer order requirements;
3. Complete order follow-up, delivery coordination and exception coordination after order placement according to customer delivery requirements, meet customer delivery needs and handle abnormal matters;
4. Make shipment arrangements and shipping documents according to customer delivery instructions;
5. Complete customer reconciliation and system posting according to financial reconciliation requirements;
6. Assist salesmen in handling customer complaints, coordinate and solve customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction rate.
