Job Description
1. Responsible for the achievement of personal sales targets and performance tracking;
2. Participate in the interaction with brand customer designers to strive for brand customized product development opportunities;
3. Implement the next quarter/annual product development plan for priority customers;
4. Promote product development cooperation with garment factories;
5. Track the product development progress of garment factories to ensure timely delivery;
6. Pre-sales customer service: sample development confirmation, quotation and pricing support;
7. In-sales customer service: order receiving and delivery follow-up;
8. After-sales tracking service: timely handling of abnormal issues and regular customer visits;
9. Collation and filing management of customer data;
10. Ensure the timely recovery of sales payments;
11. Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
