Requirement

  1. 1. Education: Bachelor’s or above, no major limit; 2. Skills: Demand insight ability, market development ability, business negotiation ability, relationship establishment and maintenance ability, crisis handling ability; 3. Experience: More than 5 years of working experience in the zipper or button industry, development and maintenance of at least one well-known brand with a purchase volume of 5 million level, successful establishment and leadership of two sales teams with more than 3 people; 4. Knowledge: Familiar with marketing-related processes and understand the relevant design functions of the enterprise; 5. Others: Strong social and entertainment abilities, good image and temperament.

Job Description

  1. 1. Lead market research and analysis in the region to accurately target customers; 2. Formulate and decompose regional sales targets to promote effective achievement of targets; 3. Coordinate the team building and daily operation management of subordinate offices; 4. Promote the transformation of potential customers into loyal customers; 5. Lead the interaction between the product development department and brand customer designers to strive for the development of brand customized products; 6. Lead each office to take the lead in the next quarter/annual product development of customers; 7. Lead the docking, visit, key person public relations and sales execution of garment factories; 8. Organize customer satisfaction surveys in the region; 9. Guide, supervise and inspect the execution of pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services of each office and business; 10. Participate in the maintenance of customer relationships with major brand customers; 11. Ensure the timely recovery of sales payments and the safety of funds; 12. Organize and manage the holding of monthly sales meetings.
