Requirement
- 1. Education: Bachelor’s or above (overseas study preferred)
2. Major: Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related majors; excellent candidates are not limited to majors;
3. Work Experience: More than 5 years of recruitment experience, more than 2 years of overseas recruitment experience;
4. Professional Skills: International overseas recruitment skills, mastery of various recruitment and interview skills, proficient in using various recruitment tools, mastery of various talent search skills, understanding of the collection, summary and analysis of recruitment data
5. English Proficiency: Fluent in spoken English, English can be used as a working language to communicate normally with overseas candidates
6. Document Processing: Proficient in official document writing with logical written expression
7. Computer Proficiency: Proficient in OFFICE series software (WORD, EXCEL, PPT);
8. Comprehensive Quality: Achievement orientation, language expression, public relations ability, communication and coordination, experience openness, talent identification and employment, information analysis
Job Description
- 1. Conduct talent recruitment implementation to meet talent needs
2. Formulate recruitment strategies and plans for overseas business development
3. Develop and manage overseas recruitment channels for optimization
4. Candidate interview invitation, interview guidance, company and position introduction
5. Conduct effectiveness analysis, expansion and optimization of recruitment channels
6. Understand business needs and provide recruitment suggestions and solutions
7. Provide probation guidance and care for new employees, and assist in probation assessment for regularization
