1.Proficient in official document writing, report preparation, and copywriting, with logical written expression skills.
2.Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, meeting normal office requirements.
Industry Experience:
1.Zipper manufacturing industry, with 10 years of experience in production operations management functions.
2.Production Manager/Director position, with 5 years of experience.
Professional Knowledge:
Strategic management, production management, project management, cost management, quality management, safety and environmental management, warehouse and logistics management, equipment management, process management.
Comprehensive Competencies:

Job Description
- According to the company’s annual development strategy, plan the annual production management goals and specific implementation plans, implement them in the manufacturing center layout, and regularly track and report progress.
2.Based on the level of annual, quarterly, and monthly sales orders, coordinate production and sales to maximize production capacity to meet order requirements, ensuring timely and quality completion of production tasks.
3.According to the annual output value improvement requirements, carry out cost control and resource integration to achieve the annual production capacity planning goals.
4.Organize the update of product standards and process standards based on process requirements and technical improvements to achieve product process improvement goals.
5.Based on quality objectives, formulate product quality improvement plans to control and rapidly enhance product quality, reducing customer complaints caused by product quality issues.
6.Based on the annual financial budget goals, comprehensively control manufacturing costs, reduce the cost expense ratio for each business unit, improve per capita efficiency, and achieve effective cost control.
7.Based on talent development goals and annual talent inventory results, organize and implement talent training plans, effectively select and cultivate management and technical talents at all levels of the manufacturing center, supplement the company’s internal talent pool, and build internal talent pipelines.
8.According to the overall equipment maintenance plan, supervise the implementation of production equipment maintenance, repair, and upkeep plans in each workshop, improving productivity and reducing equipment repair costs.
9.According to company assignments, plan and supervise the implementation of key tasks or projects to ensure that the work outcomes are implemented as planned.
