  1. Educational Requirements: Full-time bachelor’s degree or above. 2.Major Requirements: No specific major requirement. 3.Work Experience: Over 5 years of sales experience in the apparel, luggage, and accessories industry, with at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Director. 4.Professional Skills: Possess customer resources in the apparel, luggage, and accessories industry, the ability to keep up with and update industry trends, strong marketing logic and analytical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, experience in independently developing successful customer cases, experience serving large apparel brands, excellent team leadership and management skills, and the ability to adapt to travel and socializing. 5.English Proficiency: Fluent in reading and writing, with the ability to listen and speak. 6.Document Handling: Proficient in document writing with strong logical writing skills. 7.Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and skilled in using CRM systems. 8.Other Requirements: Holder of a C1 driver’s license and proficient in driving. 9.Comprehensive Qualities: Achievement-oriented, organizational commitment, integrity, action-driven, analytical thinking, attention to detail, public relations skills, communication and coordination, flexibility and adaptability, interpersonal skills, talent development, team integration, open-mindedness to experience, information analysis, customer-centric, performance-oriented, resource integration, big-picture thinking, market-oriented, system thinking, and planning. Work locations:Jiangsu and Zhejiang (1 position)。

Job Description

  1. Conduct market analysis, customer analysis, and competitor analysis. 2.Develop, promote, and manage sales channel expansion strategies within the region. 3.Set sales growth targets, strategies, and plans for the next cycle, and oversee their implementation. 4.Obtain a list of brand client factories, reverse-develop brand clients, and secure brand client appointments. 5.Collect and analyze channel information, integrate and evaluate channel resources. 6.Manage daily operations within the assigned region. 7.Build and develop the sales team. Salary and Benefits: 1.300,000-400,000 RMB (fixed + quarterly + annual bonuses). 2.Living allowance: 800 RMB/month in China, 3,000-5,000 RMB/month abroad. 3.National statutory holidays. 4.Paid annual leave. 5.Social insurance: Five insurances and one fund paid in China, for overseas candidates, details to be discussed based on their needs. 6.Various training programs. 7.Various employee activities.
