Requirement

  1. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above (from a recognized institution); 2.Specialization Requirements: No specific major required; 3.Work Experience: More than 3 years of sales experience in the apparel, luggage, or accessories industry, with at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager/Marketing Manager; 4.Professional Skills: Possess customer resources in the apparel, luggage, or accessories industry; ability to understand and update industry trends; strong marketing and logical thinking skills; capable of analyzing and solving problems; proven success in independently developing customers; experience working with large clothing brands; excellent team leadership and management skills; able to handle business trips and social engagements; 5.English Proficiency: Fluent in reading and writing English; 6.Document Handling: Proficient in formal writing, with strong written communication skills; 7.Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiar with CRM systems; 8.Other Requirements: Hold a C1 driving license, and be proficient in driving; 9.Comprehensive Qualities: Achievement-oriented, integrity, proactive, analytical, attention to detail, public relations skills, communication and coordination, flexibility and adaptability, interpersonal skills, ability to mentor others, team integration, openness to experience, information analysis, customer-centric, performance-driven, resource integration, big-picture thinking, market-oriented, systematic logical thinking, and ability to develop plans. Work Location: Overseas: Cambodia (1 person), Vietnam (Hanoi, 1 person)。

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement regional sales plans, sales strategies, and customer development plans. 2.Understand market demands and gather information to conduct market analysis and forecasting. 3.Formulate and execute sales growth plans, deeply explore opportunities, and increase the contribution rate of both new and existing customers. 4.Establish and maintain a comprehensive customer database to provide reference data and information for acquiring new customers. 5.Provide training and guidance to the team to ensure continuous improvement in performance and achievement of sales targets. 6.Monitor the collection of accounts receivable by the sales team to maintain healthy cash flow for the company. 7.Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure continuous improvement in the sales team’s business capabilities and customer satisfaction. Salary and Benefits: 1.200,000 - 300,000 RMB (fixed + quarterly + annual bonuses). 2.Living allowance: 800 RMB/month for domestic, 2,000 - 3,000 RMB/month for overseas. 3.National statutory holidays. 4.Paid annual leave. 5.Social security: Five social insurances and one housing fund for domestic, for overseas based on candidate's needs. 6.Various forms of training. 7.Various employee activities.
