Requirement
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited institution.

3.Work Experience: Over 3 years of sales experience in the apparel, bags, or accessories industry; at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager or Market Development Manager.
4.Professional Skills:
•Possess customer resources in the apparel, bags, or accessories industry.
•Ability to stay updated with industry trends and developments.
•Strong logical thinking in market analysis and problem-solving.
•Proven success in independently developing clients.
•Experience serving major apparel brands.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Willingness to travel frequently and attend business events.
5.English Proficiency: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (able to use English as a working language).
6.Document Handling: Proficient in official document writing with strong written communication and logical expression.
7.Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM systems.
8.Other Requirements: Holder of a C1 driver’s license with proficient driving skills.

Overseas: Germany (1 person), Japan (1 person), Cambodia (Ho Chi Minh City 1 person).
Job Description
- Conduct market analysis, customer analysis, and competitor analysis to assist the company in formulating annual strategic objectives.
2.Develop, promote, and manage strategies for expanding sales channels targeting key brand customers.
3.Engage with customers, understand brand standards, and secure brand client appointments.
4.Establish client development records and a customer information database to understand customer needs.
5.Set sales growth targets and strategies for brand clients in the upcoming period, conduct visits and meetings, and ensure effective brand client management.
6.Hold operational meetings, manage the team, and compile annual brand client operation analysis reports to achieve marketing management goals.
